This was a positive experience and gave me a better understanding of how team building can work in a positive way.

Mike and Rod from Dwell at Home were amazing to work with this term. Their organization lined up well with the course design, team strategy, and project management practices. Their initial presentation to the students was very instructive and they provided three deliverables that offered the team both a challenge and a learning opportunity. Both Mike and Rod worked very closely with the members of each team throughout the term and provided quality feedback to the student team members. This is our second term with Mike and Rod of Dwell at Home, and it was another amazing term. Mike and Rod of Dwell at Home are wonderful to work with and provide a valuable learning experience to our team project. Mike and Rod provide a wealth of experience and are always available to meet with our students to review the project deliverables. Mike and Rod always provide valuable feedback during the student meetings and help create a positive learning environment that ensures project success. Mike and Rod of Dwell at Home created a great learning environment for our Strayer students and provided a friendly working atmosphere that was both positive and productive. Both Mike and Rod are always working closely with the individual teams and holding productive group meetings on Zoom that were very productive for examining for examining the scope of the client project. Both Mike and Rod encourage student participation and assist in guiding the teams through the project objectives. This course is designed to give students the opportunity to work in a team environment and implement project management strategies into a group project. Mike and Rod of Dwell at Home are always available to help the students achieve these course objectives, This was a great learning experience for the Strayer students and created a win-win scenario to work on a challenging team project that provided real world solutions for our business partner. The Riipen program brings a new dimension to the student learning process. Mike and Rod created a strong working dynamic that provided the Strayer students with a powerful learning opportunity that they can draw from in their future careers.
